Today we remember again our dishes with zucchini! Maybe they are not new, but always loved by us! Here is one simple recipe! Zucchini in sour cream batter! It has a little secret hidden in garlic marinade! Very juicy, very tender, good work! And I hope of course you friends will like it! Help yourself dear! Zucchini is always great! Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.3 tsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    0.3 coup

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

Zucchini thinly sliced rings, pepper, salt.

Prepare the batter: the eggs add sour cream, and 1-2 tablespoons of flour and baking soda ( consistency should be like thick cream)
