Porridge
Continue the series of tasty and healthy Breakfast for those who are fasting. Blueberries, blackberries, banana, nuts - solid vitamins! For the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • BlackBerry

    12 piece

  • Banana

    0.333 piece

  • Blueberries

    0.333 cup

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    30 g

Cooking

Here are my nuts and berries.

In boiling water omit our berries. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute.

Drain berries. I did it in order to long the berries are not cooked. And they left the vitamins. Can we not do that.

Berries in boiling broth in a thin stream pour semolina. Add 2 tbsp of sugar. Stir. Cook until cooked.

In the finished porridge add the berries and chopped nuts.

Spread on a platter or in a form. Spread on top of bananas and sprinkle with 0,5 tbsp of sugar. Bon appetit!
