Vegetable porridge with oat flakes
The healthy Breakfast should be, of course, the baby. This vegetable porridge is recommended for feeding very small children 6 months and older, but with small additions it will be a full Breakfast for stroynaya mom and dad loving satiety, and also for our lovely grandparents.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Oil, rapeseed

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Apple juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp
