Filler Apple pie
This is the only Apple pie that eats my husband - probably because apples are very soft and tender, and even to dissimilar to themselves. During baking, the flavor is unforgettable! Try it, and he firmly occupy the honored place on your Desk.

Ingredients

  • Pudding vanilla

    110 g

  • Cream

    600 ml

  • Raisins

    40 g

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Cinnamon

    5 g

[b]the Dough:[/b] melt Butter. Add flour with baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Knead the dough. [b]Filling:[/b] Apples clear from the skin and the core. Cut into slices.

[b]Shading:[/b] 200 ml cream mix with a powder-pudding. The remaining 400 ml of cream pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and pour the cream-pudding mixture. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. [b]Topping:[/b] To the sugar add the cinnamon and stir.

[b]Collect the cake:[/b] Form to lay the paper and brush with oil (I have a form 26 cm) put the Dough in shape, forming high sides.

On the dough dense layer put slices of apples. Fill with raisins.

Once the filling is ready, immediately evenly pour it over the filling.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. If you want more, to pritrusit cinnamon. Send all this happiness in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour.

The finished pie to get and give it 5-10 minutes to stand up in the form. Remove from the mold and give it a good cool down (couple of hours)
