In 50 ml of warm milk dissolve the yeast and sugar, add salt, sour cream. Mix everything and let stand in a warm place for 10 minutes. To download bread machine flour (2-2,5 glass, focus on your flour), milk and olive oil. After the first kneading add the yeast mass and, if necessary, a little flour. To give the bread maker to perform a full process of kneading. The dough was airy, and the pastry will be very soft, delicious and fragrant. If you make the dough without a bread machine, it should be squashed with hands on the table, cover with a towel and allow to rise.
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 3-5 mm.

Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 30-40 minutes.
