Cooking
Sift the flour, add the yeast.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs.
Add sugar, salt, melted butter and warm milk.
Combine flour mixture with egg. Knead soft, slightly stick to hands dough.
Tighten the bowl with the dough with foil and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.
While suitable dough, prepare the filling for rolls. Mash the halva with a fork, add the egg and cream. Mix well until smooth.
The dough came. Begin forming rolls.
Propylaeum work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Roll the piece of dough into a rectangle.
Put the filling on top of the halva.
Bends the edge rolls under the bottom to the middle.
With a sharp knife make slits from the edge to the center, but not completely. The resulting halves expandable up slices.
