Crostata with apricots
Turned out very flavorful, tender and delicious Crostata. Crispy sweet pastry and a lot of sour-sweet filling of apricot! mmm... try it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Apricot

    450 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

The dough breeze: Frozen butter cut into small pieces, place in blender, add flour, zest, sugar (2 tbsp), salt and blend until crumbs.
