Beet soup with dried squid
Delicious beetroot and garlic soup with a spicy touch of soy sauce in addition with dried squid! Soup diet, easy and useful, good to use in hot and cold form!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Squid

    1 handful

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

  • Cream

    20 ml

Cooking

Chicken broth to boil with the addition of allspice and Laurel;

Boil beetroot, cut into pieces, folded into a container; Add the broth, soy sauce and garlic (via chesnoka-masher)

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth; add cream, if necessary add more broth (a thick soup adjust themselves for themselves); Stir;

Pour the soup into a bowl, add dried squid, greens and a few drops of oil;
