  • Yolk egg

  • Sour cream

Hello!!! Potatoes wash well and bake in the oven until cooked (ready to check wooden skewer or toothpick).

Cut the potatoes into two halves and spoon select the pulp.

Crumble the potatoes with a fork, add the cream + yolks + salt (a little cheese is also salty, it is necessary to take this into account). Mix well.
