Cheese-meat loaf
This recipe is also from my pocztowego portal When I saw - I wanted to immediately cook. Prepared enough simple and relatively fast, and it turns out delicious and unusual.


  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Salt


Cheese RUB on a small grater.
Break two eggs, mix thoroughly with cream cheese. If the cheese is not salty, slightly potseluem.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the "cheesy dough" with a spoon across the parchment, forming a square with a thickness of about 5-7 mm
Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then put together with the parchment from the pan on the table and let cool slightly.
Now a few words about the stuffing. I have my own brand of three types of meat and varied spices that I prepared "for the future" about 2-2,5 kg and pieces 400-500 g stored in the freezer. You can take your favorite ground meat, but without bread. The stuffing is evenly spread on cheese cake.
Roll curl.
Wrap in foil, and putting together with the parchment back on cookie sheet, bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes
The finished loaf to release from foil, cool slightly.
And you can cut and serve, as usual, and festive!
Loaf delicious in hot or cold.
