A wonderful refreshing sweet mint flavor! Suitable for muffins, cookies, biscuits and gingerbread.

For sweet better to take home thick cream. in a small metal saucepan, melt the cream and sugar over medium heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat and cook the Fudge for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking pour the mint infusion, stir and simmer for a few seconds.
Ready fondant cakes to coat and allow to dry. I smeared the cheese biscuits with pineapple jam.
