Boil crawfish as You like (I boil it for this recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/30150/).
To make a solid cardboard cone
and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Tie around with twine in one turn, without tightening it too tight to the top ( I didn't have, I used normal elastic bands for money). Gently push the tail fin of every cancer under the gum.
Decorate the pyramid with parsley and lemon. Bon appetit!!!
