Halva from semolina with pine nuts
Irmik helvasi. My most favorite dessert of semolina. The first time I treated it in the restaurant, and immediately fell to my taste, this is not difficult to prepare dessert, popular in Turkey. Cedar gives incredible flavor and taste.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    3 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Melt margarine in a saucepan.

Add the pine nuts, stirring for a few seconds to fry. Add semolina. Stirring, continue to fry until the semolina will not acquire a Golden hue.

Add sugar, mix well. Stirring, add milk.

On medium heat continue to cook until tender. Put the mush into molds for desserts or just on a plate.

At will! sprinkle with cinnamon. Dessert is served warm or cold. And so, and so delicious.
