Air cheese biscuits
The recipe is from the book A. Seleznev "All about the test. The secrets of home baking". Delicious easy sirree cookies! Crispy on the outside, softer in the middle. How is not know until the next day never lived:-) can Perfectly complement the snacks new year's table. Dear cooks! Proteins vzbit in a solid foam. Also the yolks, lightly beat

Grated cheese and flour mix

All (egg yolks, cheese, flour) gradually add in the beaten egg whites. Stir gently, so the proteins are not settled

Put the dough on a greased baking sheet, I baked on a silicone Mat, no oiling. The size of the cookie at Your discretion. In the original cookie has to be baked for 15 min at 220 deg. I baked the first 10 minutes at 200 deg and 20 min 120
