Fish cakes
Today friends invited for dinner, the recipe is very cheesy fish cutlets! Quick and tasty we get! Fish and cheese go well! Light and soft, juicy burgers! All probably love cheese! Continue the summer!

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    500 g

  • Dutch cheese

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    0.3 coup

Fish fillet, mince, grate cheese on a fine grater, add the egg, herbs and salt very carefully, if the cheese is salty, but not salt! Mix well.

To the mince add the milk, and 1 tsp of soy sauce., mix well.

Heat vegetable oil, fry the meatballs ( you can then to readiness under a cover)
