Chicken gizzards with rice out of the oven
Wonderful delicious hot dish for the whole family! Thanks girls contestants before the eyes of all time is rice! :) And I really wanted to cook the gizzard with rice. :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    0.8 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

So, let's stomach. We put them to boil until soft with some products, offered on a platter. Because the broth from the stomach we need for meals, I suggest after the first boiling, drain the water. And the second is to add onions, carrots, Bay leaf and pepper and cook for about 40 min. Salt, as for soup.

While stew stomachs, prepare the vegetables. Onion and pepper cut into cubes. Bow can be smaller, larger pepper. Carrots three on a coarse grater. In a pan pour a little vegetable oil and fry the onion until soft, add the peppers and fry for another 5 min.

Pour the broth to 0.5 cm above the mixture.

Cover with foil and sent in a preheated 190-200 degree oven for 50-60 minutes Until the rice is tender. When you check availability, foil priotkryvaet spoon or other device with a handle, because there would go the hot steam. When the liquid will be very little, as if the moisture on the bottom, you can turn off the oven and leave for 20 minutes inside. All will reach the desired condition. :)

Here's a beauty I got in an hour out of the oven. By the way, I also had brown rice, but white might cook faster.
