Chicken under a fur coat in mustard marinade
Fillet pieces served with carrot coat and melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Chicken or breast, cut into pieces (~2cm). Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare marinade: mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and spices and mix until smooth.

To combine the chicken with the marinade and leave for 1-1,5 hours.

Carrots and cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

In refractory form covered with baking paper layers spread: marinated chicken, carrots, cheese.

And put bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-200g. Bon appetit!
