Cooking
I baked a cake in a square form, so wanted to update. Will suit a round detachable shape with a diameter 24-26 see For the dough: whisk the margarine and sugar, one at a time add 2 eggs, whisk, then spices and rum, ground nuts and flour. Get a soft but not sticky dough.
Put the pears in a sieve, escaped to the syrup. 2/3 of the dough put into the form (with or floured), mash your hands all over the bottom, forming the sides about 2-3 cm tall. On the dough put the pear halves. Turn on the oven at 180*C. For the filling - cottage cheese, 2 eggs, starch, sugar and lemon juice whisk. The resulting mass pour the pears, even out the surface of the filling. Put into the oven for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes take out the form with the cake out of the oven, on top of the pie smear of lingonberry jam and decorate with strips/figures/ bars, etc., which make the remaining 1/3 of the dough. The figures I cut out the mold, and to curb used confectionery syringe with a nozzle (the dough is well squeezed out from the syringe). Again send the cake in the oven for another 20 minutes.
The finished cake let cool first in the form, then take out and let cool completely. If you want you can something to decorate (I used sugar beads).
Well, it is in the context.
