Cake
Simple pie with fish canned food is a great addition to lunch. The recipe I recently read in a cooking magazine, I liked it for its simplicity in design (I have a small child that requires constant attention and, as a consequence, lack of time). The cake turned out delicious, so decided to post the recipe, maybe useful to someone. The site has the recipes with the canned food, but they were mostly long ago, for example, I specifically look for would not, again, because of lack of time, I think - such here on the site the most... So I would venture)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Canned fish

    2 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peeled potatoes cut into thin slices. Spread in a greased form. Season with salt and pepper.

Onion cut into half rings. Spread on top of potatoes.

With canned drain liquid and mash with a fork (I had salmon in oil).To put on top of onions.

For the dough mix eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, slaked soda. Add the chopped greens (the recipe for the greens was not, therefore, possible without it), salt. Slowly add the flour to form a batter. This test is to pour prepared foods.

Bake at T 180 - 200 C until cooked (took me about 45 minutes, at the end of cooking had to cover the form with foil so the top didn't burn. But I have this oven - the top is baking faster than the bottom).
