Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Take main products: Korean carrot and eggplant. (Carrots I do. For these rolls made sharp.)

Eggplant cut into slices, soy sauce mixed with garlic, grated on a fine grater or pressed through.

Plate of eggplant put layers, lubricating each garlic sauce.

Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment and send in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees.
