Coffee and chocolate-marshmallow frosting
Well, here is my another fiction. I had some stuff marshmallows in chocolate, then I have a plan to cook a brand new glaze for cakes and pastries. It turned out very delicious pasurka! Come on, try it!


  • Marshmallows

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp


In hot milk to dissolve coffee.
In a small saucepan melt the butter, add sugar and pour the milk with coffee.
When the mass is homogeneous, add the chopped pieces of chocolate.
Heat over the fire until dissolved marshmallow, flexing his spoon on the sides of the pan.
As the marshmallow is completely dissolved, cook for another 15-20 minutes. Ready glaze cool down a bit and you can cover cakes and brownies! What smeared I look in the following recipe!
