Description

A Christmas tree made from caramel
This is my first recipe on the Pillsbury. I wanted to make the New year something with your own hands. Do not judge strictly, it's just a decorating idea and cake can be put as a decoration on the table. Perhaps someone could use the idea, and I would be glad if craftswomen will offer their own versions.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Citric acid

  • The food dye

Cooking

step-0
That's all we need. In advance, place the stencil on the table and secure the top siliconiran baking paper. Can be a file, or a regular baking paper, slightly greased with vegetable oil. in General, what the caramel does not stick. Will also need a syringe (without a needle).
step-1
Add sugar in a saucepan (preferably with a thick bottom), in water to dissolve a pinch of citric acid and pour in to sugar. Put on medium heat. Silicone brush I rubbed the sugar until dissolved, permanently removing the saucepan from the heat, not allowing to boil. Once the sugar is dissolved, turn down the gas fire and not interfere. Cook until the sample on a solid bead (or up to 156 degrees). At 150 degrees the first portion is almost black, so the next time I focused on the color of dark honey, and the temperature is not watched
step-2
When the mixture is ready, immediately pour it into two plates. First-a big part of the mix, it will stain green. secondly-quite a bit for the balls, it will be red. Allow to cool a little and add the dye
step-3
Tepet fill the syringe with the caramel, squeezing little by little, draw out the stencil. In the middle I filled the tree lines, but you can make a monogram, netting-all that patience and imagination. I did out of curiosity, so not really tried. Keep in mind weight very quickly freezes, so the plates for 5-10 seconds to put it in the microwave. By the way, if you froze the contents of the syringe, it can also be put in the micro
step-4
Make the red caramel balls on the branches. You can pour another star, but I only just thought about it 😊 ready blanks allow to harden
step-5
You'll feel a little caramel, with its help you will be glued of the workpiece. At this stage, woke up my daughter, why it is without sentiment. But I couldn't wait to finish! I was able to glue the parts with the baby in her arms, and in the end, Lisa got me a Christmas tree out of hand :' (
step-6
Photographed what was recovered. Of course, this is not something to strive for, but I'm just learning! The broken circuits are also easy to glue with remaining melted caramel. I really hope that you do not cast aside my tomatoes, although probably deservedly. Happy a wonderful holiday! Love all of you and our Boy!
step-7
