This salad is one of my favorite salads, maybe you tried it, if not then try, maybe it will become your favorite salad. Recipe: Carrots (fresh), beets (boiled), cheese to grate, soak the raisins in hot water, walnuts, chop, garlic skip through the press, add to the mayonnaise and mix well. Salad laid layers, and each layer needs oil, garlic mayonnaise, but I cook a little differently: the carrot add raisins, mix and fill with garlic mayonnaise, put in a ramekin (of course, this salad can be prepared in a conventional bowl) is the first layer. In cheese, add the mayonnaise with garlic, mix is the second layer. The beets added nuts, mixed, seasoned garlic mayonnaise - is the third layer. The salad is ready. It is possible to decorate as desired. I offer several options for simple decorations this salad. Hard cheese rubbed on a fine grater, sprinkle top of salad from boiled beets with a form to squeeze out hearts and put on the salad.
This salad can arrange carrots in the form of a rose. Sprinkle with grated cheese, carrot cut into thin slices, put in the form of a rose and garnish with greens.
