Cooking
Roasted sesame seeds mixed with honey. Nuts to chop.
Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar and butter.
Mix the baking powder with the flour, semolina and salt.
Add to the butter-egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Add milk. Knead the dough.
From the dough make small balls, flatten to form a cookie. One side dipped in nuts (pistachios, or any other), press (the party cookies to put on the baking tray lined with baking paper),
And the second side to dip in mixture of sesame seeds and honey pressed.
Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees. 15 minutes, or until Golden brown. Took, as in the recipe, 2 cups of sesame seeds, it seems to me that it was too much, next time I'll use 1 Cup (then, of course, and honey less take) a Cookie store in the clear, otherwise sesame-honey crust is softened, and so it remains crispy. Delicious shortbread cookies with sesame seeds. I liked the dough for the cookies next time (for variety) I'll try to put you right in the dough the raisins and chopped nuts (but then without the sesame seeds). And then again, on the second day the cookies become more delicious. And milk is good!)))
