Bean soup with mushroom dumplings
Bean soup, for anybody not news, but the mushroom dumplings - very good addition to it. In fact, they can be cooked in soup.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Prepare the dumplings. For the mushrooms boil for 5-7 minutes.

Then the mushrooms grind in a blender to a paste. Add the egg, flour and salt. Put a bit of greenery. The dough should be like thick cream. It took me 4 tablespoons of flour, but it is different.
