A great dessert with little effort!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    275 g

  • Assorted fruit

  • Sugar

    6 tsp

  • Ice cream

Puff pastry (a rectangle 30 x 40 cm) divide by 12 squares. Put in molds with a diameter of 7-8 cm (I did not grease) fill with berries-fruits (I had blueberries, a couple plums, tangerine slices and pineapple), the top in each mold and pour 1/2 tsp of sugar.

Preheat the oven to 190*C and bake the pastries for 20-25 minutes. Immediately remove from the molds (go easy) in the still hot cakes, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

On top decorate with sugar beads or grated chocolate, or... serve Immediately on the table.

Hot tarts ice cream melts, penetrates and cools the fruit... Bliss!...
