Pickle with mushrooms
Pickle with mushrooms and barley, a great tasting dish! Cooked very easily and quickly. The mushrooms give the soup a whiter rich taste and aroma will awaken your appetite!

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    7 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    7 piece

  • Pepper Cayenne

Prepare all the ingredients. Chicken (with bones) mode in small pieces. Mushrooms soak in cold water for 2 hours and cut into small pieces.

Barley, well rinsed in several waters.

Mushrooms fill with cold water and cook for 30 minutes, then add the pearl barley, chicken pieces and cucumber pickle and salt (at this stage it is better not to needs more salt!)

Finely chopped herbs. 5 minutes prior to readiness add to the soup chopped greens, spices, Bay leaf. Try and if you need doselevel soup. Ready soup, allow to infuse for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
