Meatballs Moroccan
Dishes from minced meat are very family orientated and always loved: burgers, meatballs, cabbage rolls, terrines, casseroles. I suggest you try meatballs in sweet and sour sauce Moroccan, which is very easy to prepare even in Siberia... Come on in, help yourself and please your loved ones a warm spring mood!

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Dried apricots

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Almonds

To prepare a fine mince of poultry or beef (lamb), skipping the meat several times through a meat grinder. I used Turkey mince is ready. Add to the minced egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Knead well and beat. To form balls, about the size of a walnut.
