Description
The preparation of this dish was taught to me by a friend of the Finn. Cooks very quickly and is very simple. It's somewhere between the first and second. The dish had to taste my daughter - now it's her favorite dish. I hope you will like. Do not judge strictly - this is my debut.

Cooking
Peel and cut potatoes in small pieces.
Sliced potatoes are washed, pour water and put to boil.
Smoked sausage (I had a Finnish Uunilenkki smoked) cut into half rings (sausages can circles).
In a frying pan with high sides pour vegetable masli, add the chopped sausages and fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add the onion to the sausage and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Carrots cut into half rings.
The carrots add to the onions and sausages and stew all together for another 5 minutes.
When the potato is cooked, add it along with the water in which it cooked in the pan. Stir and simmer for another 3 minutes.
In a pan add tomato ketchup, salt, pepper (I mix), Khmeli-suneli and greens ( I didn't have fresh so I added dried dill and fresh parsley). Stir, give to writing a rolling boil for 3 minutes and off.
The dish is ready. Serve with sour cream and pickles. Bon appetit!
