Rice porridge is probably one of the most popular dishes in Russia. Eat it all, from small to large. But sometimes you want to add some fun to the classics. Today I propose to prepare a milk rice pudding Indian style: with coconut milk, lime and spices. Incredibly delicious and flavorful dish that will delight Your loved ones in the early morning.

For this dish we'm going to need coconut milk. Of course it would be good fresh, natural... but in the absence of using a jar. If You've never opened a coconut milk, be ready for such a picture: the coconut milk pretty quickly peel cream. And we'll need the usual milk, cream, egg yolk, lime...
... and kachestvennye rice with cane sugar.
And of course, spices! The first thing we prikalivaet spices a couple of minutes on a hot pan. This cinnamon stick will break, cloves and cardamom slightly squash them into jelly, the vanilla pod cut in half and seeds viscreen. Don't burn the spices!
Then in a pan add milk water and coconut sugar, bring to a boil, add 2/3 of the lime zest and the rice, bring again to a boil. Cook the rice on low heat for 5 minutes, during this time, mix the yolks with cream, add to porridge and all this beauty fragrant put in a baking dish. Sprinkle the remnants of the peel and put into a preheated 200T degree oven for 20 minutes.
To serve this porridge can be hot, warm, or cold as a dessert. VERY fragrant!
