Black Russian bread
I was looking for a bread recipe black brick (in Soviet times were sold), and seem to have found. Thank you cook Lavender Dream (Hut)

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Molasses

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Rye flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour, two types of+salt+cocoa+if exhibition the butter pieces, which grind between palms to mix.
