Chicken fillet without skin and garlic to be loaded into the blender and make the stuffing. Then enter minced chicken egg, cream, spices to taste, whisk all in a blender. Then take a form, it can be any, I have to make cupcakes. Spread in the shape of a portion of meat and olives (so olive was in the middle).
On top lay a second batch of stuffing.
Put in a steamer for 2 or 3 tier for 30 minutes. Serve you both hot and cold. All a pleasant appetite!
