  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Black olives

    12 piece


Chicken fillet without skin and garlic to be loaded into the blender and make the stuffing. Then enter minced chicken egg, cream, spices to taste, whisk all in a blender. Then take a form, it can be any, I have to make cupcakes. Spread in the shape of a portion of meat and olives (so olive was in the middle).
On top lay a second batch of stuffing.
