At first I was not going to add a recipe, just thought to put in the diaries, step-by-step photos, but here everything is very simple. In the original use paste tahini (paste made from sesame seeds), I substituted it for sesame, he has ratmalana together with beets in a blender.
Boil the beets in salted water until soft. Cool, peel and cut into big pieces. In a blender, blend the beets, and all remaining ingredients until smooth. In a bowl, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve as a snack with crackers, sliced fresh peppers, carrots and celery. I ate it simply with a spoon and with black bread.
