The decor of white chocolate
The idea of this decoration caught my eye in one of the cooking magazines... I've nurtured it and finally did... now I want to share with You this wonderful and colorful pieces of chocolate!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Pistachios

    5 piece

  • Petals

    3 piece

  • The food dye

  • Candied

    1 piece

We will prepare the necessary ingredients

Chop the chocolate or break into small pieces, candied mango, finely chop the pistachios finely chop

The chocolate melted in the microwave for 10 seconds, each time taking out and stirring with a silicone spatula. Again put it for 10 seconds and stir again. And so on until the complete dissolution of chocolate... it took Me 5 visits! Be careful not to overheat the chocolate!!! The sensations (touching the spatula to the bottom lip) chocolate should be cool!!!

Pour the chocolate in Sudoche and gently distribute it evenly.

Drip gel coloring and with a toothpick make divorces... the pocket carefully apply on the still liquid chocolate chips nuts, candied mango and violet petals. Put into the fridge until fully cured.
