Mayonnaise

Cooking
Greens finely chop. The cucumber on a coarse grater (squeeze the juice). 2 eggs split into quarters (=8 quarters). 1 egg grind for parts of the flower.
Spread the petals. All of the petals in 2 pieces.
Garnish with mayonnaise around the edge of the flower. To complement the greenery for decoration.
To make a brighter middle. READY!!! BON APPETIT!!!
