Description
According to the cook Bernardo, this sauce is very popular in the Caribbean. After tasting, I was convinced that the sauce is quite acceptable for our latitude!
Cooking
Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, add the rum and fresh orange juice. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper. If available and desired, you can add a little Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce... If counting calories, use yogurt.
