Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the form (20 cm) biscuit. Eggs and sugar beat well to increase the weight in volume.
In a bowl sift together the flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt, mix well.
Gradually combine the flour with the egg mixture, stirring gently with movements from the bottom up. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
The finished cake allow to cool completely and cut into cubes.
Grind the biscotti in the bowl of a blender into fine crumbs.
Nuts chop with a knife. Then fry for a minute or two in a hot pan, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and fry for 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool and add to the biscuit crumbs.
For the cream: Mix the cream cheese (cream cheese, mascarpone or even fat sour cream) with condensed milk. I added the raspberries, well, it's not for everybody. And you can add brandy or liqueur, but it is for adults. Stir until smooth.
Add the cream to the biscuit crumbs and mix thoroughly. Ready mass should not be liquid, and should be easy to shape! To form from the resulting mass a little 'mud pies', put on 10 minutes in the refrigerator. It turns out 15-20 things.
Melt a little chocolate. The edge of the sticks (I have a toothpick) dipped in chocolate and insert into cake pop, not very deep! Remove for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Then melt the chocolate with the butter (25g), cool slightly. To dip cake POPs completely into the chocolate, then gently shake off excess chocolate (I tapped on the side of the saucepan), so it does not run on a stick and placed vertically into a stand of foam!
Melt the white chocolate. Cover the top of the "cakes" chocolate and sprinkle with powder. Let the chocolate fully harden and all you can taste! :)
