Sweet yoghurt with nuts
Caramel candy aroma with yoghurt and nuts. Perfectly complement any tea party. And well eliminate a surplus of the home (even unsuccessful) yogurt in your fridge. Give this sweet Larissa (Aloris).

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Sugar

    240 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Nuts

    60 g

Put sugar, vanilla sugar and yoghurt in a bowl.

Bring mixture to a boil (sight from the yogurt will exfoliate creepy, but everything goes according to plan).

Reduce the heat to medium (or weak, if you have a strong oven) and boil the mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. To check the readiness dropping a little mixture into cold water (should be soft but firm ball), or dropping on a plate and sending for a minute in the freezer. Also everything has to be elastic.

Add to the mixture butter and nuts. Mix thoroughly.

Pour Fudge into a greased form. And leave for 2 hours at room temperature on a freezing.

Then remove and slice as you wish. You can wrap candies, for example, in the wrappers, cut from the sleeve for baking.
