Squid, cleaned, cut into rings with a width of 1 cm.
The wine and lemon juice, mix in a bowl and drizzle with squid
To the flour add the salt and roll the squid on all sides. Beat the eggs, then dip the squid ring into the egg
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown (about 2 minutes each side). Spread on paper napkin to remove excess oil. Squid cooks quickly! If overexposed to oil, will be hard.
Squid ready, now accepted for the sauce. The author of the recipe suggested a sauce by the following recipe: mix 200g of mayonnaise, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, one chopped onion, bell pepper, 10 PCs. black olives without stones. Mix well and transfer to a gravy boat. For me, this sauce is very heavy. I looked up the sauce with the olives in the Internet and I propose to try here is an option: Melt 2 tbsp. butter, add 2 tbsp flour and lightly fried. Add half a Cup of water and stir, to avoid lumps. Then pour another 1.5 stack. water, bring to a boil and add 1 tsp lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped greens, remove from heat. 2 tbsp olive grind and add to the sauce and mix well.
