Description

Casserole
I found this casserole in one of the culinary book (already long ago), but I don't have time to cook it. According to the recipe it goes like casserole Spanish, but I don't know how it relates to the cuisine of Spain. So I do not dare to give her that name and to take it to the kitchen. Casserole turns out very hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Crackers

    150 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Garlic

Cooking

step-0
Take 3 eggs and whisk with 2 tbsp milk (mix as for scrambled eggs).
step-1
Cheese grate on a coarse grater, ham cut into cubes. Spinach (wash it first) to cut coarsely and fry a few minutes in vegetable oil with the addition of minced garlic (I added 2 large cloves). And combine in a bowl cheese, ham and spinach.
step-2
Now take the white crackers, pour their milk, stir well so that the croutons have absorbed all the milk, and...
step-3
...and add in the bowl (with cheese, ham and spinach). All mix well. If you have greens (I didn't use it), we cut and we add here. Try the taste and add salt and spices to taste. Take a baking pan, grease it well with oil and spread contents of the bowl into shape. Pour the egg mixture (we did it in the first step). The egg mixture should almost completely cover our future casserole. If not, then do not worry, take another egg (so the ingredients I pointed out that 3 or 4 eggs), whisk it again and add on top.
step-4
Put in oven at t 180* for 20-25 minutes. All the products we have, the main thing here is to bake the egg mixture. But the time here is approximate, each oven can be different. After cooking take out from the mold, allow to cool a little and serve warm.
