Tomato bread with sesame seeds. I want to offer the cooks a recipe for tomato bread with sesame, which is perfect for first dishes, and also serve as a wonderful base for sandwiches. In addition, the bread turns out very tender, soft, delicious, beautiful and with a nice pinkish hue.

Cooking
Pour the yeast into the warm water. Leave for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook tomato juice. To do this, wash tomatoes and cover with boiling water, leave for 5 minutes.
Next, drain the boiling water and peel the skins and put them in a blender.
Strain the tomato juice through a strainer.
In the yeast with the water add the sugar, salt, tomato juice and of sifted flour, about 100 grams. Mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Then pour the rest of the flour, add the olive oil and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise.
After 40 minutes the dough is well rise.
Divide the dough roughly into 11 parts. Each part roll into a ball.
Each ball flatten to a circle with a diameter of 12-13 cm
Baking dish (I have a diameter of 26 cm) lay a parchment paper and grease with butter. Pellet spread overlap, while profusely greasing them with melted butter.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake bread in oven preheated to 190 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
Ready bread remove from the oven.
