Puff pastry baskets with salmon and broccoli

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

Fill the broccoli with boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes, throw in a colander and cut into slices. You can cook in a double boiler.

Cut the fish pieces, heat it up in the pan a little sunflower oil, fry on high heat the fish from all sides, literally 1-2 minutes, and fill with cream. Saute 1-2 minutes on low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.

The dough will cut squares of size 10 cm or 8 cm depending on rtamara your shape.

Spread the dough forms, pre-coat with oil and presses fingers to the walls so that the dough took the form of baskets, as pictured.

Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut into very small cubes. On the dough in the molds put broccoli, garlic, fish (2 - 3 slices in the basket), add in each basket: 1 tsp of sauce in which we fried the fish, and sprinkle cheese on top. The filling can be any. For example, mushrooms, chicken, ham.

Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 25-30 minutes. Can be served hot or cold. Very, very tasty. Recommend!
