The first time I made a cake in the microwave. The result exceeded all expectations - it turned out very tender, with juicy cherry! Cooking is very simple.

Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt - mix everything.
Add the eggs, milk, a little stir with a spoon or whisk.
Mix everything with a spoon. You should get a fairly thick batter is homogeneous, without lumps.
Pour the batter into the form of (I silicone pre-greased plums. oil), or any suitable for microwave with high sides. The dough rises when baking.
Put the cherries (it does NOT need to thaw!) The cherries are slightly imbedded in the dough.
And bake in the microwave at a power of 800. My cupcake was prepared 15 min.
10 minutes after the start baking check the readiness of the cupcake wooden. the wand needs to be COMPLETELY dry, the cupcake is well moving away from the form edges. I first put on the 10 min, and then added for 2 min every time I opened the microwave and checked for readiness.
The cake turns out very pale, but very tasty and tender. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate it as you like.
Cherries in the cupcake, you can put more - it turned out very juicy. In the oven never fails.
This cake can be cooked in the oven at temp.180 deg. approximately 35-45 min. the recipe for the cake was printed on loose-leaf calendar for a conventional oven, but my oven was busy with the meat, so I decided to try to bake it in the micro. Didn't expect that turn out so delicious! Cherry put 100 grams (then very sorry!!- very juicy, the dough from it does not become wet, so much, but without "fanaticism"...) Hope you get the same delicious cake.
