The chicken sausage in the steamer
Of course there are numerous varieties of sausages which are very tasty, but assuming and knowing what they consist of, do not want them to take, and, like sausages.   • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper


Chicken mince or punch blender to Add the egg, milk, sour cream, semolina ( or cornstarch) and soy sauce

All good knead and put in the fridge for 1 hour
To form a sausage and wrap in plastic wrap, you can also tie with string. Cook in a double boiler 1 hour
