Decoration of pears for desserts
Pears are delicious and delicate and look good on any dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Apple juice

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

  • Corn starch

    1.5 tsp

1. Here are my pears - Bosc.

2. Peel the pears. The stalk to leave.

3. The pear halves remove the seeds.

5. Clean the ginger, cut into strips.

6. In a saucepan combine Apple juice, water, sugar, vanilla and fresh ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

7. Add the pear halves, cover and cook 20 minutes on low heat.

8. Pears together with the water put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

9. Remove the pears from the water. 1/2 water (to remove the ginger) combine with the starch.

10. Cook until thick. To cool to room temperature.

11. The pear halves cut into fan. And first decorate the dessert halves without stems.

12. Add halved with the stalks.

13. From top to pour the liquid starch.
