Salad with chicken, vegetables and pancakes
Very tasty salad, which is prepared quickly and easily. Perfect for a dinner. On the festive table will take a worthy place. Come in, dear cooks, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Berry

Chicken breast cut into pieces. Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into strips.

To cook pancakes. Beat eggs with salt. Starch mix with water, pour in the eggs and whisk.

The pan heat, pour 1 tsp of vegetable oil and bake thin pancakes. Cool.

In skorody heat 2 tbsp oil, add onion, fry for two minutes.

To the onions add the carrots and fry until soft. At the end a little salt. Cool.

Cold pancakes rolled into a roll.

Thinly slice.

In a salad bowl put half of the vegetables.

Grease 1 coat with mayonnaise.

Then put chicken meat. If necessary, add salt.

To grease the second layer of mayonnaise.

On the chicken put the other half of the vegetables.

Put the pancake rolls. Garnish with fresh sour berries (I have frozen currants). The salad chill in refrigerator and serve.
