Meat salad

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Pickled cucumber

  • Mayonnaise

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

For this salad I use pork carbonate, any part without fat, otherwise it must be cut.

Add soy sauce (I used soy sauce TM Kikkoman), stir and leave to marinate. Soy sauce needs to soak into the meat.
