Simple salad in a rustic style
Like a sprat with potatoes and green onions? Then help yourself...

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sprat

    5 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Green onions

  • Lettuce

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Eggs and potatoes to boil and cool.

Peel the potatoes and coarsely chop.

Dill and green onions wash and finely chop.

For dressing mix oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Potatoes mixed with greens and mostly filling. Thoroughly but gently mix.

On a flat plate spread the lettuce leaves.

On salad leaves lay heaped potato salad.

On top lay more eggs, peeled and cut into fillets of pilchards. Sprinkle with the remnants of the sauce.
