Warm salad with squid and mushrooms
It is very easy to prepare, simple ingredients, but nonetheless very tasty. Good in both warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Squid

    100 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

Mushrooms, rinse and cut into slices. Peel the carrot, rinse and slice it into thin strips. Can use a grater for Korean carrot, but I prefer hands. Onions to chop thin half-rings.

In a pan heat oil and fry mushrooms to readiness, to salt. While the mushrooms are roasting, cut the squid into strips. Cooked mushrooms put to the squid.

And in the remaining oil fry until cooked carrots and onions, salt.

Ready zazharku put to the squid with mushrooms and mix well. Can add or garnish with greens. But this salad looks very nice.
