Orange parfait
Now the summer heat and want something refreshing. Can offer parfait with orange notes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Orange zest

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with half the norm of sugar and orange zest. Add the liqueur and orange juice.

In another bowl, beat egg whites, gradually adding remaining sugar until it forms a dense stable mass.

Gently connect the beaten egg whites with the yolk cream.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream.

To combine the whipped cream and the yolk-protein mass.

Form evenly to cover with plastic wrap, with the ends hanging. The mixture is put into a form. You can also use silicone molds. Cover with film and put in the freezer at least 12 hours.
